Only hours to go before Microsoft Co-founder, Paul Allen’s new book, “Idea Man” ( www.paulallen.com) is to be released. I’ve pre-ordered the Kindle version and can’t wait for the book to arrive! My Kindle is being charged right now and I will be checking it before I go to sleep just in case they decide to send the book a little early — you never know!
In the meantime, I enjoyed watching the interview Paul Allen gave Lesley Stahl on 60 minutes Sunday night, and the 60 Minutes Overtime shows that add a bit more to the story.
There are a few great articles about Paul Allen floating around out there, including a wonderful interview with Wired Magazine , a terrific Seattle Times interview of Allen, and a preview of Paul’s upcoming book by The New York Times.
A Bloomberg video of Allen speaking during a “Captains of Industry” event rounds out some of the best coverage of Paul Allen news stories on the eve of unveiling his life story to the world.
I am luckily off tomorrow and ready to curl up with my Kindle! Tomorrow –perhaps even starting tonight, I am looking forward to diving in and enjoying every one of those 358 pages!
See you soon, Paul!

I seem to get a lot of traffic on this website, and yet most of the comments come from the “Hello World” introductory post!! I am not sure exactly why. If you’ve written a genuine comment here and it is not posted, please forgive me. I really do appreciate your visit and especially appreciate your comments, but I seem to get a lot of spam, and it is sometimes hard to tell what is spam and which of the comments are genuine.
In any case, thanks so much for coming here!! Hopefully I will have more for you in the near future.

I can’t wait! Paul Allen’s autobiography is scheduled to come out on April 19th, 2011 ( on the same date as the Endeavor Launch — coincidence?) :-)
A preview of his book was highlighted in Vanity Fair (see
